Wedding transportation is a logistics problem wearing a nice suit. The couple, the wedding party, and the guests all move on different clocks, and the one fixed point — the ceremony — does not budge. We build the timeline backwards from that start time and staff it so nobody stands in a parking lot in formalwear.
Most Oklahoma City weddings we run use three vehicles: an executive car for the couple, a Sprinter for the wedding party, and a fifteen-passenger shuttle looping guests between the hotel block and the venue. One coordinator holds the whole schedule so you never do.
Book early — six to nine months out for a peak-season Saturday in May, June, September, or October. We will hold your date with a deposit well before the final headcount is settled, and you get a written run sheet with every pickup and every driver's name before the day.
