Group Transportation
Group Transportation Across Oklahoma
Everyone in one vehicle, arriving together — instead of a four-car convoy and three wrong turns.
What you get
The moment a group splits into separate cars, someone gets lost, someone parks in the wrong garage, and the reservation is held for twenty minutes. Keeping fifteen people in one vehicle is not just more comfortable — it is the only version of the plan that runs on time.
The Squire seats fifteen forward-facing with a real luggage bay, which makes it the default for teams and airport-bound groups. The Avalon seats eleven in limousine configuration when the travel is part of the occasion rather than a means to it.
- Forward-facing seating for up to 15 with dedicated luggage space
- Single flat rate for the group — never per-head
- Multi-stop pickups across the metro on one run
- Hourly charter available for tours and full-day events
- Chauffeur stays with the group for the duration
- Child seats available on request
The right vehicle for this
Pulled from the same fleet data as the fleet page — if a capacity changes, it changes here too.

The Avalon
A private jet for the open road.
Perimeter limo seating, soft cabin lighting, and enough room for a wedding party to travel together without anyone riding backwards. The Avalon is where the celebration starts before you arrive.
Up to 11 guestsPlaceholder
The Regent
Boardroom by day, private suite by night.
A working cabin that does not feel like one. Conference seating, tables, and reliable Wi-Fi make the drive between meetings genuinely productive — then the lighting comes down and it is a lounge.
Up to 12 guestsPlaceholder
The Squire
The whole group, moving in comfort.
Fifteen seats, real luggage space, and forward-facing comfort for the whole party. The workhorse for sports teams, corporate outings, and family gatherings that refuse to split into three cars.

Group Transportation, answered
What is the largest group you can move?
Fifteen in a single vehicle — The Squire, forward-facing, with a dedicated luggage bay. Above fifteen we dispatch multiple vehicles on one coordinated schedule so the whole party still arrives together.
Is group transportation priced per person?
No. You book the vehicle at a flat rate regardless of how many seats you fill, which almost always works out cheaper than per-head pricing once you are past a handful of people.
Can you collect from multiple addresses?
Yes. Multi-stop pickups across the metro run on a single booking — we sequence the stops to keep total travel time down rather than driving the group back and forth.
Do you provide child seats for family groups?
Yes, at $25 each, fitted before pickup. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so we bring the right stage — infant, convertible, or booster.
Should we book hourly or point-to-point?
Point-to-point for a single transfer, such as a team going to the airport. Hourly for anything with waiting in the middle — tours, full-day events, and multi-venue itineraries — because the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you throughout.
Ready to ride in Excalibur style?
Flat quotes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week dispatch, and a chauffeur who is already there when you land.
