What we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, trip dates and locations, party size, vehicle preference, and any notes you add. We collect this because we cannot arrange a car without it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful and which calls-to-action work. This records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region. It is not linked to your booking, and we do not sell it.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it. We do not share your trip details with anyone outside Excalibur except the chauffeur assigned to your reservation.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for as long as we need them for accounting and service history. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling (405) 955-2313 or emailing Das@excaliburcarservice.com, and we will do so except where we are required to keep a record for tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of analytics using your browser's tracking controls or a Google Analytics opt-out extension.
