Wedding Transportation in Oklahoma

The couple, the party, and the guests — all on time, all photographed arriving well.

The Detail

What you get

Wedding transportation is a logistics problem wearing a nice suit. Three groups, three schedules, one ceremony that does not move. We build the timeline backwards from the ceremony start and staff it so nobody is standing in a parking lot in formalwear.

Most Oklahoma City weddings we run use all three: The Pendragon for the couple, The Avalon for the wedding party, and The Squire shuttling guests between hotel and venue. One coordinator, one timeline, one point of contact on the day.

  • A written transportation timeline built backwards from ceremony start
  • One coordinator as your single point of contact on the day
  • Multiple vehicles dispatched to one schedule
  • Guest shuttle loops between hotel and venue
  • Just-married send-off run included on couple's car bookings
  • Decor-friendly — we will work with your florist on the vehicle
How It Works

Three steps, start to finish

  1. Walk us through the day

Ceremony time, venue, hotel block, and rough headcount. That is enough for us to draft a timeline.

  2. We build the schedule

You get a written run sheet with every pickup, every vehicle, and every driver's name before the day.

  3. We run it

Your coordinator manages the vehicles so you and your family do not have to think about transportation once.

Extras

Optional, and priced up front

Add them when you book, or tell your chauffeur later — nothing here is a surprise line on an invoice.

Child Seat

$25

A properly fitted, current-standard child seat installed before pickup. Tell us your child's age and weight when you book and we will fit the right stage — infant, convertible, or booster.

Questions

Weddings, answered

How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?

Six to nine months for a peak-season Saturday, particularly May, June, September, and October. We will hold a date with a deposit well before the final headcount and timeline are settled.

Can you shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue?

Yes, and we recommend it. The Squire runs continuous loops between your hotel block and the venue on a published schedule, which removes the single most common wedding-day complaint: guests driving themselves and arriving in scattered groups.

What if the ceremony or reception runs late?

Wedding timelines are built with buffer, because they always run long. Your vehicles are booked for the block, not for individual movements, so an overrun costs you nothing and changes nothing.

Can we decorate the vehicle?

Within reason — we will happily coordinate with your florist. We ask only that nothing adhesive goes on the paintwork or glass. Ribbons, floral arrangements, and just-married signage are all fine.

Do you serve venues outside the Oklahoma City metro?

Statewide. We regularly run to venues in Guthrie, Norman, and the Arbuckles, and we will travel anywhere in Oklahoma. Distance is quoted flat before you book.

Ready to ride in Excalibur style?

Flat quotes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week dispatch, and a chauffeur who is already there when you land.
