Corporate & Business
Corporate & Executive Transportation
A quiet, connected cabin between meetings — and one invoice at the end of the month.
What you get
The drive between meetings is the only part of a business day nobody plans. We treat it as working time: a quiet cabin, reliable Wi-Fi, power at every seat, and a chauffeur who knows that the 4:15 in Norman means leaving Devon Tower at 3:20, not 3:40.
For teams running multi-stop days, The Regent seats twelve around conference tables and stays with you from the first stop to the last. For a single executive or a client pickup, The Pendragon is discreet and quick through the metro.
- Business-grade Wi-Fi and power at every seat
- Named chauffeur assigned for multi-day roadshows
- Corporate billing account — one monthly invoice, no per-ride cards
- Discreet, formally attired chauffeurs under NDA on request
- Multi-stop itineraries planned around real Oklahoma City traffic
- Priority dispatch for account holders
The right vehicle for this

Three steps, start to finish
Open an account
One call sets up billing, preferred vehicles, and the people authorized to book on your company's behalf.
Book by itinerary, not by ride
Send the day's schedule. We plan the routing, the buffers, and the vehicle to match the party size.
One invoice, monthly
Every ride, itemized, on a single statement. No expense-report scavenger hunt.
Optional, and priced up front
Add them when you book, or tell your chauffeur later — nothing here is a surprise line on an invoice.
Arrival Service
Three tiers of the same service. Choose one, or skip it and meet your chauffeur curbside.
Meet and Greet
$50Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside baggage claim with a name board, then walks you to the vehicle and handles your luggage.
Greeter
$150A dedicated greeter, separate from your chauffeur, waits at baggage claim, manages luggage and any delays, and escorts your party out while the vehicle stays curbside.
Plane-Side Greeter
$250For private and charter arrivals. Your greeter meets the aircraft at the FBO, handles luggage from the ramp, and walks you straight to the vehicle. No terminal, no wait.
Corporate & Business, answered
Can we set up a billing account?
Yes, and most of our regular corporate clients do. One call sets up monthly invoicing, your preferred vehicles, and the list of people authorised to book on the company's behalf. Every ride arrives itemised on a single monthly statement.
Is the onboard Wi-Fi actually usable for work?
Yes. It is business-grade and provisioned for video calls, not just email — The Regent in particular is specified as a working cabin, with conference seating, tables, and power at every seat.
Can the same chauffeur stay with us for a multi-day roadshow?
That is our default for anything longer than a day. A named chauffeur is assigned to the account for the duration, so you are not re-explaining the itinerary, the stops, or the preferences every morning.
Do your chauffeurs sign NDAs?
On request, yes. Discretion is a standing expectation for every Excalibur chauffeur, and we will formalise it in writing whenever your business requires it.
What happens if a meeting runs long?
Nothing. Corporate days are typically booked as hourly charters specifically so the vehicle waits rather than leaving. If a stop overruns, the chauffeur is still outside when you come out.
Ready to ride in Excalibur style?
Flat quotes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week dispatch, and a chauffeur who is already there when you land.
