Cancellation Policy

The policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside 24 hours are billed at 50% of the quoted fare.

How to cancel

Call (405) 955-2313 or email Das@excaliburcarservice.com. Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there is always somebody to take the call. We will confirm the cancellation in writing — if you have not received that confirmation, the cancellation has not been recorded, so please chase us.

Changes rather than cancellations

Moving a reservation is not a cancellation. If your plans shift, call us and we will move the booking at no charge subject to availability. We would far rather reschedule you than lose the trip.

Delays outside your control

Flight delays are not cancellations and are never charged as such. We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically. Severe weather affecting road safety is handled case by case, always in your favour.
