Concert crowd under stage lighting — Excalibur special occasion transportation, Oklahoma City

Special Occasions

Special Occasion Transportation

The night starts when the door opens — and nobody in your party has to drive home.

The Detail

What you get

Birthdays, concerts at the Paycom Center, OU and OSU game days, prom, bachelor and bachelorette nights — the occasions where the transportation is genuinely part of the evening rather than a way to survive it.

The Knight Life carries fourteen with colour-shifting lighting and a sound system that earns the name. More to the point: everyone arrives together, nobody circles Bricktown looking for parking, and nobody in your party has to decide whether they are fine to drive.

  • Colour-changing cabin lighting and Bluetooth audio
  • Hourly charter — the vehicle waits, it does not leave
  • Multi-stop nights: dinner, venue, and after-party on one booking
  • Coolers and glassware available on request
  • Chauffeur handles parking, venue drop, and pickup coordination
  • Everyone gets home — the entire reason to book this
How It Works

Three steps, start to finish

  1. Pick the night and the hours

Special occasion bookings run hourly with a minimum, so the vehicle stays with you between stops.

  2. Give us the stops

Dinner, the venue, wherever the night goes after. We plan drop and pickup points around the crowd.

  3. Celebrate; we drive

Your chauffeur handles the routing and the parking. Your only job is the guest list.

Extras

Optional, and priced up front

Add them when you book, or tell your chauffeur later — nothing here is a surprise line on an invoice.

Traveling with Pets

$30

Your pet rides with you. We add protective seat covering and a cleaning allowance so there is no awkward conversation at drop-off. Carriers welcome. Service animals always ride free.

Questions

Special Occasions, answered

Is there a minimum booking length?

Special occasion bookings run hourly with a minimum, which varies by night — weekends and event dates carry a longer minimum than a Tuesday. We will quote it plainly before you commit.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Guests twenty-one and over may bring their own, and we provide coolers, ice, and glassware on request. Your chauffeur will go over the cabin ground rules at pickup so everyone knows where they stand.

Do you handle prom bookings?

Yes, and they are booked and paid for by a parent or guardian rather than by students. We will confirm the itinerary, the stops, and the chaperone arrangements with the booking adult directly.

Can we make several stops in one night?

That is the normal shape of a special occasion booking — dinner, the venue, and wherever the night goes afterwards, all on one hourly charter. The vehicle waits between stops.

How many people fit in The Knight Life?

Fourteen, with perimeter seating and standing room. If your party is larger, The Squire adds fifteen more seats and the two vehicles run together to the same stops.

Ready to ride in Excalibur style?

Flat quotes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week dispatch, and a chauffeur who is already there when you land.
